Sea & Sky Samui is a construction company operating directly from Koh Samui. All construction is carried out by our in-house team — full-time, legally employed workers who are part of our company and live within the environments we manage.

Every stage — from planning to execution — is handled under our full responsibility.

Owner & CEO

Ben-Benjamin Savir

Ben is the driving force behind all operations in Thailand. He manages the construction teams on a daily basis, works directly with architects, suppliers, and local authorities, and is physically present throughout every critical stage of the project.

Fluent in Thai, Ben operates seamlessly within the local system — eliminating miscommunication, reducing risk, and ensuring precision at every level.

Since relocating to Koh Samui in 2015, he has built a strong operational foundation based on deep local knowledge, trusted relationships, and hands-on management.

His ability to combine on-the-ground execution with a clear business perspective is what allows projects to move forward efficiently, accurately, and reliably.

Aviram Savir

Aviram brings over 40 years of international business experience, built on a solid and consistent track record.

His role is focused on the strategic side of the business — providing long-term vision, sound decision-making, and the benefit of decades of experience.

His approach is straightforward: work properly, avoid shortcuts, and build structures that last.

Marketing Manager

Barak Raz

Barak leads marketing and investor relations for Sea & Sky Samui, serving as the primary point of contact for investors — from first inquiry to signed agreement.

With senior leadership experience at Wix and Talon Cyber Security, he brings a structured, transparent approach to real estate investment — replacing the typical sales pitch with clear documentation, honest communication, and ongoing support.

Barak is based in Israel and is available before, during, and after your investment.
