Owner & Managing Director
Ben leads all day-to-day operations in Thailand.
He directly manages the construction crews, works alongside architects, suppliers and authorities, and is on site at every critical phase of the project. His command of the Thai language allows for precise, efficient coordination with every local stakeholder — without gaps and without dependence on outside intermediaries.
Since relocating to Koh Samui in 2015, Ben has built a stable operating system grounded in deep familiarity with the territory, strong local relationships, and meticulous management of every detail in the process.
The combination of hands-on field leadership and broad business vision is what allows the projects to advance smoothly, accurately, and reliably.
Founder & Partner
Aviram brings over 40 years of business experience, with a steady, understated international track record.
His role in the project is to guide operations at the strategic level — drawing on accumulated experience, long-term thinking and precise decision-making.
His approach is built on simple fundamentals: do the work properly, take no shortcuts, and build systems that hold up over time.
Marketing Manager
Barak leads marketing and investor relations at Sea & Sky, and serves as the primary point of contact for investors — from first inquiry through to signed agreement.
With senior leadership experience at Wix and Talon Cyber Security, he brings a structured, transparent approach to real estate investment — replacing the typical sales pitch with clear documentation, honest communication and ongoing support.
Barak is based in Israel and available before, during and after your investment.
